Typically 2-5 business days. This includes: initial consultation (Day 1), agreement signing and access setup (Day 2-3), team training and historical data review (Day 3-4), and first deliverable (Day 5). For urgent needs, we can expedite this to 24-48 hours.

We'll need: access to your accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.), bank account logins (view-only) or statements, credit card statements, prior year financial statements, tax returns, vendor and customer lists, and any specific reporting requirements. We provide a detailed checklist during onboarding.

Pricing & Billing

Pricing depends on your specific needs, transaction volume, and service level. Basic bookkeeping starts at $299/month, while comprehensive accounting packages range from $599-$1999/month. Most clients save 40-60% compared to hiring in-house or using local firms. Contact us for a customized quote.

No hidden fees! We charge a one-time setup fee ($199-$499) for initial cleanup and setup, which is clearly stated upfront. Monthly fees are transparent and fixed. If you need additional services beyond your package, we'll quote them separately before proceeding.

We accept: credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), ACH/bank transfer, wire transfer (international), and PayPal. Monthly subscriptions are typically charged automatically on the 1st of each month.

No! We work on a month-to-month basis. You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. We believe in earning your business every month through quality service, not locking you into contracts.

Security & Data Protection

We employ multiple security layers: 256-bit SSL encryption, ISO 27001 certified data centers, secure VPN connections, two-factor authentication, regular security audits, and strict access controls. All staff sign NDAs and undergo background checks. Your data is encrypted both in transit and at rest.

Only your dedicated team members have access, and it's limited to what they need for their specific role. We use role-based access control. Team members cannot download or export data without authorization. All access is logged and monitored.

Yes, we are fully GDPR compliant for our European clients. We have Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) in place, maintain detailed data processing records, and honor all data subject rights including the right to access, rectification, and erasure.

Your data is YOUR data. Upon termination, we'll provide all files, reports, and work product in your preferred format. We'll maintain access for 30 days for smooth transition, then securely delete all data from our systems as per our data retention policy.

Process & Workflow

Typical monthly cycle: You upload documents/provide access (1st-5th of month) → We process transactions and reconcile accounts (3rd-8th) → Quality review by senior accountant (8th-9th) → Draft financials sent to you (10th) → Review call if needed (10th-12th) → Final reports delivered (15th). Urgent items are handled immediately.

Multiple channels: dedicated email (fastest for non-urgent), phone/video calls (scheduled or ad-hoc), WhatsApp (quick questions), project management tools (task tracking), and monthly review calls. Your account manager is your primary contact for everything.

We have an escalation process for urgent requests. Contact your account manager by phone or mark emails as "URGENT". We can typically turn around urgent requests within 4-24 hours depending on complexity. Critical items like payroll or tax filings are always prioritized.

Software & Technology

We support 20+ platforms including QuickBooks (Online & Desktop), Xero, Sage (all versions), FreshBooks, Wave, MYOB, NetSuite, Zoho Books, and more. We're certified in QuickBooks and Xero. If you use something else, chances are we can work with it.

Absolutely! We handle complete data migration from any platform to any other (or from spreadsheets to software). This includes: data extraction, mapping chart of accounts, importing historical data, reconciliation verification, and training. Typical migration takes 1-2 weeks.

Software costs are separate from our service fees. QuickBooks Online ranges from $30-$200/month, Xero $13-$70/month. We can help you choose the right plan and sometimes get discounted rates through our partner programs. Some free options like Wave are also available.
